Agreement

Please read the following because as a member, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations and any changes which Life-Balance International Inc., the company, or it's Club, The*Life-Balance Club, may deem necessary to make and to post on this site which will constitute notification to all members. Of course, you have the right to opt out at any time without any further compensation from the company or it's Club.

This Club is open to all people everywhere in this world with no discrimination regarding membership with the stipulation that all contributions must be positive and all wholesome and all club members or users of this site must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to eliminate anything deemed to be of offense or illegal or inappropriate. Those who desire to be Club Masters or to participate in our Training will also participate in sharing our Club with others. This is easy to do and will be well rewarded. Seamanship programs have moderate fees associated with them. Enjoying the Free membership benefits is is for all members.

All members who are committed to our Seamanship program and who are active participants with fees up to date are eligible to receive Profit Sharing as soon as they achieve the status of Captain and once such programs are implemented by the company. In doing so, they will master many wonderful personal and/or business aspirations which we are happy to help them to discover and accomplish. Of course, Club Mates will also be able to earn commissions even without paying anything nor taking advantage of our Seamanship programs. All Profit Sharing by the company is at the sole discretion of the company and is given to assist Ship Mates with the achievement of their Dreams.

No member has the right to disrupt the company or it's Club's operation in any way including making negative allegations against the company or it's Club nor may they sue the company or it's club for any damages related to club membership whatsoever. If any Member seeks a refund for any program, or any compensation beyond what is normally permitted by the company policy and the company or Club sees fit to honor that request, the payment will be deemed to satisfy the matter fully and completely. In addition, all members agree to conduct themselves with regard to this Club in a honest and forthright manner and to present the Club in a positive light.

This agreement is not meant to step outside of any law nor to violate any Members' legal rights and any part that does so will be deemed to be not in effect and all other parts of this policy and agreement will remain in effect and survive after Membership is canceled. All disputes that go to court will be handled in the courts of the State of Utah, U. S. A. If for any reason you do not agree to abide by this policy, please decline membership. Any violation of this policy will be sufficient grounds for the company, Life-Balance International Inc. or The Life-Balance Club to terminate the Membership without further compensation. Thank you.
